Project Description
Developing on my original piece, I wanted to explore how I could use Touch Designer with DMX lighting to elevate the interactivity and aesthetics of the installation. By incorporating a webcam and Touch Designer's Media Pipe, the piece is able to more accurately track the viewer and map the corresponding light beam via DMX.

Technical Description
Using a webcam and Media Pipe, the viewer's position relative to the sculpture is tracked and mapped to a corresponding DMX channel input in order to control the light beams. Using an MPR121, if/when the sculpture is touched, this sends Serial input via Arduino to Touch Designer which ultimately activates a switch, triggering the alternate DMX channel input for the red light beams.
